The 2008 championship was dominated by one crew, Mark and Eunice Cubbon in their Mitsubishi Lance Evo 7. They took wins on the first four rounds and when round 6 was unavoidably cancelled they were crowned champions.

It was another year following on from 2007 when unfortunately the championship was robbed of an exciting climax due to issues away from the stages.
